What counts as a seat?
Each active member of an organization is one seat. You can invite members for free — seats are only billed when you subscribe.
Can I try before I subscribe?
Yes. Every new account includes a 30-day free trial with all Pro features enabled. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
Org features (territory routing, team scheduling) are paused until you subscribe. Personal scheduling still works for free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your subscription ends at the next billing date. No cancellation fees.
